About Coby
As a Central Valley native, Coby Arax knows firsthand what makes this community such a special place to call home. Life took her to the East Coast and Southern California, but coming back to the Valley to raise her own family confirmed what she'd always known: there truly is no place like home.
Real estate has always come naturally to Coby. She has long enjoyed everything from remodeling and interior design to helping friends and family see the potential in a home. The passion also runs in her family. Together they designed and built spec homes in Northern California, which gave her an early appreciation for the craftsmanship, planning, and vision that go into creating a place people are proud to call home.
That passion became deeply personal when she renovated her first home, a 1926 English Tudor. One of the most rewarding and challenging projects was restoring all 80 of its original wood windows. She stripped decades of paint and old glazing putty by hand, taking each window back to the original wood before preparing and repainting it to preserve its historic character. She may be a bit of a perfectionist, but seeing that vintage home regain its original beauty made every hour worthwhile. The experience deepened her appreciation for quality craftsmanship and for the story every home has to tell.
Today, as a Realtor with Realty Concepts, Coby is grateful to help clients throughout Fresno, Clovis, and the Central Valley through one of life's most important decisions. Whether her clients are buying their first home, selling a cherished property, relocating, or investing, she is committed to making the experience as smooth, informed, and rewarding as possible.
